Cancellations and refunds

Food orders

You can cancel from your order page until you send the deposit. After that, message the kitchen: if cooking has not started we cancel it and refund your deposit to the M-Pesa number you paid from. If the food is already cooked, the kitchen decides with you whether a refund applies.

Unpaid orders are released automatically after the hold time shown on the order page.

Meal plans

You can cancel a plan yourself while it is waiting for confirmation. After that, message the kitchen. Any payment already made is refunded or kept as credit, as agreed with you.

Catering

The terms for each event are in your quote. Declined or cancelled events with payments are refunded or credited as agreed.

How refunds are paid

By M-Pesa. You see the refund on your order, plan or event page, and it is marked paid once sent.
