Common questions
Why a deposit? Everything is cooked to order. The 50% M-Pesa deposit tells us to start; the balance is paid after delivery.
How long does delivery take? Within 24 hours of your deposit being verified. Your order page shows the exact time.
I paid but the order still says “awaiting deposit”. Paste the M-Pesa message on your order page. Staff check it against the statement; the page updates by itself.
