What we keep
Your name, email, phone number, delivery addresses, orders, meal plans, catering requests, messages with the kitchen, and the M-Pesa messages or screenshots you send as proof of payment.
Why
To cook and deliver your food, check payments, answer your messages and keep the records a business must keep.
Who sees it
Only you and the kitchen staff whose job needs it. For example, the kitchen sees delivery details but not payment records; payment proofs are visible only to you and the staff who verify payments. We do not sell your data.
Where it is stored
With our hosting providers (Supabase for the database and files). Payment proofs and documents are private files opened through short-lived links.
Your choices
You can update your details in your account. To have your account deleted, message the kitchen; records the law requires us to keep (for example payments) are kept for that period.
